need an older version of c++ and Fortran Compiler

I just purchase Parallel Studio 2016 composer edition.  I need to install the Ver 14.0 C++ and Fortran Compilers.

I found info here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/older-version-product ; but the instruction seem in accurate as there does not seem to be any selection “Additional downloads, latest updates and prior versions”. on the downloads page per the instructions given.

How can I access the older version of the compilers?

You may follow steps for "download an old version from Intel Registration Center" from the download old version product article.

Click the download link from "Download latest update" column to go to download page.

Instead of selecting version and update, you will now be able to select an older version directly from "Please choose a version" dropdown list box.
