no access to premier while trying to report an issue in Intel® Parallel Studio XE Beta (2017)

I wanted to report a segmentation fault in icpc from Parallel Studio XE Beta (2017). The welcome mail said to report issues to https://premier.intel.com, however that redirects me to https://ssso.intel.com/noaccess/noaccess.htm and a "Not Authorized to Access"-message.

I suspect I mixed up Intel Developer Zone and premier.intel.com when creating my account.

Hmm. I found a "Manage License"-page here:

https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/license/<serial number censored>

There is a "Get Access" button in a column "Get Premier Support".  When I click that I get a message

Failed to update Premier Support

Hello,

I was able to fix your issue with creating the Premier Support account.  You should be able to sign into premier.intel.com now.

I got a bunch of emails titled "Your Intel® Premier Support account registration".  After some hours waiting time the link in those messages activated the account and everything seems fine now.
