Hi Guys,
I got two systems with intel mother boards D945GNT and ECG3510M, both of them got nvidia 9800GT.
When I run an application on both of them D945GNT is giving me around 12 fps, and ECG3510M is giving me around 400 fps.
Can anyone tell me what could be the reason behind this, how to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

pay attention to what connectors your monitors are plugged into
also check and see what multiplier the PCI-E slot is set to
if one is 1x and the other is 16x that may also be why this is
