I found solution for this problem, it is USB 3 voltage. But now I have new trouble...
Drivers installed only like regular Usb Video drivers, I try to uninstall them and scan hardware several time, but every time installed USB Video Device for 2006 year. I try every version DCM installer, but it's not helped.

have you way to install drivers manually or some other solution? Thank you!
