realsense camera in device manager, but continue to get failed to detect when installing sdk

anyone have suggestions... am able to use some of the modules in the sdk, so it seems the camera works.  i've tried uninstalling everything like others have suggested, plugged into multiple USB ports, etc.  Thanks

had to wipe windows and installed like it should have... thanks
