registrationcenter.intel.com site broken -- redirect loop

Intel, get your act together, https://registrationcenter.intel.com/ is broken -- all browsers I tested (IE11, Firefox, Chrome) report redirect loop. It is impossible to open the page, much less log in or download anything.
