I am using SR300 SDK would like to save the depth and color image. How to do that ?

How stable is this sensor? What is the FOD/FOV?

Very stable. FOV depends on the camera (there are 2 IR and 1 color), and the resolution used.

You can get the field of view using PXCMCapture.Device.QueryColorFieldOfView and PXCMCapture.Device.QueryDepthFieldOfView.
