I just got my intel realsense webcam this morning and when I go install the SDK it says can't detect camera. Same happens with DCM. I have it plugged into a USB 3.0 port and am running an intel 4th Gen extreme processor. I also installed the creative drivers. The camera shows up in device manager, but that's it. If anybody can help please let me know. I'm really hoping to get this to work.
Thanks,
Andrew

Hi,
Please confirm if you have installed this driver - F200 DCM v1.3
https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-realsense-sdk/download.
The camera will show up in the Device manager, but that is just one driver. If the driver is installed properly, you'd be shown 3 instead of just a single instance of the RealSense Camera.

I had this problem, the camera would not be recognized and after reading this post I checked and I in fact had only one instance of the camera in the Device Manager.
I have now connected the camera to a USB on the PC and not on my docking station. Immediately the 3 cameras appeared.
I then removed and re-installed the DCM and I now see the color stream.
I wonder if the USB port had something to do with it.
