With our machines we purchased compiler and mpi support for 5 years so I received 5 activation codes in advance. The previous 3 years I was able to renew the licenses. This time I don't see the forest for the trees even after having studied the FAQs and forum posts. The licenses expired on Oct 17th. When clicking the manage license link, there's no activation option around, when clicking the renewal link I end up on a page for purchasing a renewal I already have. Again no link around for entering the fourth activation code. In addition I already downloaded parallel studio 2016 in August but did not install so far. I received an email regarding an upgrade transaction (2 5-seat licenses, I give fake codes here):
Upgrade ABCD-EFGIJKLM to ABCD-EFGIJKLM
(yes, really same S/N)
Upgrade WXYZ-ABCDEGH to ABCD-EFGIJKLM
(yes, same S/N from above) The S/N listed in my account are different, trying to register the single S/N left from above yields an invalid S/N. I'm dumbfounded Uwe
