upgrading/renewing support after expiry

I purchased a license of Intel Parallel studio in 2011 for which support expired in Feb 2012.

when I tried to find an option to upgrade /renew the same I get the following message

Your product qualifies for a limited time upgrade enabling you with more of the same great tools from Intel. nodata Intel® Parallel Studio

Product SKU: IPS999WSGE01
License Type: Named-user
 

Your Support service has expired on 08 Feb 2012

Can someone please help and let me know if I can upgrade my product or not. If yes, what is the way to go about it.
