Hello,

What video card/graphics card do you have, and what problem(s) are you encountering? Is it a hardware or a software problem?

Also, I'm moving this post/question to the "User Community for Visual Computing" forum, as this forum is more appropriate for general questions on graphics cards (you originally posted this in a forum for users of the Intel GPA software product).

I have an hp mini and i just downloaded the sims 3 but when i go to play the video game it says no video and graphics card can someone help please
