Good question. I haven't seen it yet. When it is available, I'd expect to see it here: http://www.intel.com/products/processor/manuals/

FYI, a new Intel 64 and IA-32 Architectures Optimization Reference Manual was recently posted that included a section on Atom. See chapter 12. Find it here:
