About create an IPS account issue

We plan to get Intel VROC Certification. so I need to create an account first.

I tried to follow the link below to create an account but it shows failure, Could you help check or give me some advice?

If I plan to get VROC certification, as a first step I need to sign up for an IPS account, and to get an IPS account I need to find an Intel representative. Is this correct?

Is there any other way to get  VROC certification?

Would you mind provide more information about the VROC certification process. thank you!

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately, there are no alternative methods to obtain the VROC certification. These certification requests are exclusively managed through our Intel Premier Support (IPS) channel.

You may either contact your designated Intel Representative to submit an IPS ticket on your behalf, or, if you have access, submit the ticket directly through the IPS portal. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by the Intel VROC Engineering Team to initiate the certification process.

With that being said, we will proceed to close this thread, as there are no pending actions from Intel Customer Support. Please note that this thread will no longer be monitored.
