Hi,
I am using Intel chip Denverton [Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU C3758 @ 2.20GHz] running in Wind River Linux 7.0.0.2.
It can recognize USB 3.0 storage device correctly and I want to force this device to work in USB 2.0 mode ,i.e. USB 2.0 root hub at run time. How I can do this ?,Is it possible ?

Thanks for contacting the Intel support. According with you question seems that the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology enterprise (Intel® RSTe) is not the product you are having issues with . In order to route this to the correct department can you please respond the following :
what is the mother board information brand and model ?

Hi the information Denverton [Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU C3758 @ 2.20GHz] CPU , is not related with the mother board information , in linux please use the following command in order to get that information: $ sudo dmidecode --string baseboard-product-name .
Please respond with the result you get .
