Hello AKame3, Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory & Storage Support. As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4800X Series not been detected by the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC). If we infer correctly we will appreciate if you can provide us with the following information: • Your product markings (part number and serial number). • Any additional information that you think may be helpful to try to reproduce your issue in our lab. Hello JoshB_Intel, I do see ssd drives in BIOS at "NVMe Opal Disks Manager" item.  More over I see separate items devoted to each drive. Best regards. С уважением, Каменский Антон.

Hello AKame3, Thank you for your reply. We advise you to contact SuperMicro* in order to get the proper BIOS configuration in order to create your RAID array using VROC. In our Intel® Server Boards the process is the following: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027495/server-products/server-boards.htm... I found this manual in your OEM website that refers to a different product but provides really good instructions on how to configure the VROC RAID settings in page 126 Appendix E. https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/motherboard/C620/MNL-1865.pdf Please use the information provided before as a reference. We advise you to contact SuperMicro* in order to get a specific guide on how to set up your RAID array using the VROC solution. If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
