Hello Engineers,
I am a audio recording technicians working on classical music. During the understanding of Windows Advance Power Option to reduce the heat problem of my computer I realised by my feelings after fixing max base frequency of my Intel i7 mobile processor, I heard clear recorded sound during music mixing then before. Before It was boosted to maximum frequency over the cpu base frequency.
Just I want hear simple basic answer from Engineers and developers here.
Is there any benefits and characteristic effects of fixing cpu frequency to max base frequency or any frequency fixed according to application load on Multimedia Application especially audio recording and processing.
I am trying to understand foundations of my sense. During fixed option there was clear and desirable audio image. During boosted option there was blurred sense especially bass frequencies.
