How to measure MEM_LOAD_UOPS_RETIRED.L3_MISS?

Dear All,

I am new to PCM tool.  On Windows, ( Intel Kaby lake  i7 -7500U- Win 10/ Visual studio 2017), able to compile and see the results.Please refer attached screen shots. I am looking for calculate system wide MEM_LOAD_UOPS_RETIRED.L3_MISS for every few seconds.

At the moment, when i search for specific counter on my Visual studio  - MEM_LOAD_UOPS_LLC_HIT_RETIRED.

Seems i am not getting what i looking but seeing  MEM_LOAD_UOPS_LLC_HIT_RETIRED_XSNP_EVTNR. Please refer the screen shot. How it is related to MEM_LOAD_UOPS_LLC_HIT_RETIRED? How can calculate using  PCM API's ?

Am i missing somethings? Any thoughts useful. Many thanks.
