Microphone issues after my laptop is back on from sleep mode

I have a laptop HP Spectre x360 15-df1033dx windows 10, 2020 and I renctly experience microphone issues. The story is I put this laptop in sleep mode or I forget to turn it off. After that the mic does not work at all!

I updated and uninstall on the following drivers and then it does not work:

  1. Microphone Array intel smart sound technology
  2. Intel(R)Smart Sound Technology Intel RSST Audio Controller

I also noticed that sometimes the mouse stays frozen and  appears a white dot or something on the screen. Please I would like to have some insights from anyone about this issue and how to fix it, thanks.
