Hello,
For a couple of servers I've configured RAID through the Intel RAID BIOS but in Windows I'm missing the option to send out email alerts in case of a RAID failure. Attached is my preferences section, which is missing the usual SMTP settings. Is there a display option to get it or I'm I missing a prerequisite? Thanks in advance.
System Specs:
- OS: Server 2012 R2
- Intel Rapid Storage Technology version 10.6.0.1002
- CPU: L5630 @ 2.13 GHz (2 processors)
- Motherboard: X8DTT-HF+
- RAM: 32GB

The issue was resolved using IRST version 11.6.0.1030.

I am running Window 10 Pro and have two RAIDs set up. One is RAID 0 and another RAID 1. The system is a DLNA server for the home and I am not wanting to to go to Windows 2019 server.
When trying to send emails it fails adn no information as to why it fails is able to be located. Some questions:
Why does it not allow TLS or SSL.
Where are the error logs stored.
What this means is that people are not able to get email alerts when issues occur on the RAID that the RST is controlling.
Finally when will the errors be logged into the normal Windows Event Viewer
