What kind of beeps? Long? Short?
You bought a replacement battery. Did you verify that the replacement battery is keyed (red and black) the same as the old one? [Aside: if it's wrong, you can swap the pins in the connector.]

The fact that it has the same connector means absolutely nothing. You have to make sure that the black and red pins are in the same position in the connector as was the previous battery. There is a good chance of them being backwards as Dell does it the opposite way and they have many more system-level products that Intel (a component supplier) and hence more people are selling then keyed incorrectly for the NUCs.

Hold on, you don't need to get another. Instead, you can pull the pins from the connector and put them back in the other way. The pins are held in by a small tab that you can (carefully!) lift up to release the pins. Sticking the pins back in, the tabs will lock them back in. To lift up the tabs, i use the blade of an exacto knife. This way, you don't lift them too high.

Of course, three hands are required: one for the xacto knife, one to hold the connector, and one for the magnifier.

Thanks for the replies, greatly appreciated. I did as you explained, changed the wires and connected, still having issues. I have done pin reset, battery disconnected and nothing. Tried even to press the button after 3 seconds when starting up method and it just turns off and restart again doing the 3 beeps with 3 times blinking blue light 4 - 5 times, sometimes more but then it restarts. I am really tired of working with this machine that gives me so much trouble. Don't know what else I can do

Hhmmm...
I don't think getting into the Power Button Menu is going to help you. I think you need to try doing some component elimination. Start by removing the M.2 SSD and, if tall chassis, disconnecting the SATA power and data cables going to the drive bay. Power on like this and see if it still goes into failure mode.
If it still fails, leave those components disconnected and try powering on with just one of the SODIMMs installed. There are four configurations you should try, powering on with SODIMM1 in Slot1, SODIMM1 in Slot2, SODIMM2 in Slot1, SODIMM2 in Slot2.
Let me know the results,
