Power Thermal Utility (PTU) for Ivybridge-EP family processor

hi, I able to find Broadwell family processors Power Thermal Utility (PUT) but can't seem to find the utility for Ivybridge family processor ?
Is there 1 available ? I prefer the Window Server 2008 based if there is. Appreciate anyone who has knowledge on it. Thanks you.
