lspci does not list the intel CPU bus

I have a IBM machine. CPU is Intel E5-4620 v2, and SMBIOS is 2.7.

But I cann't get CPU bus from lspci.

And I didn't find the switch from BIOS setting.

Because of cannot get the CPU bus, I cannot get the CPU memory bandwidth, and CPU PCIE performance.
