what's the event number of RxR_INT_STARVED.IRQ in E5-2600 CPU

Hi all,

I read the xeon processor E5-2600 product family uncore performance monitoring(REV 327043-001), found Table2-15 derived CBO events, derived events "CYC_INGRESS_STARVED" equation is RxR_INT_STARVED.IRQ / SAMPLE_INTERVAL

question is 

1. What is event number and unit mask of RxR_INT_STARVED.IRQ, I searched through full document  but I can't find this event number.

2. What does SAMPLE_INTERVAL means, how to measure it.

I have a similar question.

Table 2-123 show that QPI_RDS_TO_RING IN BYTES equals TxR_INSERTS.BL * 32

But in Page 128,where describe the event TxR_INSERTS's detail, do not mention the umask of the sub event 'BL'  as the other events.

So what's the umask of the sub event BL?
