·      Did the Intel® Wireless-AC 9462 come preinstalled in your system?

·      Was the performance better before?

·      Have you made any recent software change?

Regarding the driver update, we don’t have an estimated time. We recommend to check the download center and check for updates there: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/125192/intel-wirelessac-9462/downloads.html

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
