- Are you experiencing any wireless connectivity issues, or is the problem solely with the Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS)?
- Is the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) software previously working fine and only have the issue when trying to update?
- I this a pre-installed software of your system device?
- What troubleshooting steps have you attempted so far?
- Are you also having issues with your wireless connectivity?
- Is your system a desktop PC or a laptop device?
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
