6E AX210 IntelConnectivityPerformanceSuite.20.22.815.0 Software: No IPCS Hardware was detected

Hi team,

 

One of our users using 6E AX210 and having issue when connected with VPN. Outlook shows it's not connected to Microsoft exchange server.
Understand that Intel had released a new patch to solve for the issue last week, but it solves the issue for my user who is using 6E AX211 but not 6E AX210.

it shows no IPCS hardware was detected when try to install the patches. Please assist and seek for your professional advice. Thank you
