AC 7265 Cannot Start (code 10) on Dell 7559

After I clean install latest driver of 7265 ( Version: 19.51.15.3), but the device can not be started with a yellow exclamation mark at right bottom coner of the device in "device management" page

The device is said to be acceptable on this laptop (Dell Inspiron 7559) and other wireless internet card works well on it (original AC-3165)

Should I try earlier driver version or there are some further setting?

Well, you cannot simply change your wireless card on your laptop. You must consult with Dell.
