AC 9560 cannot be started - code 10 (AGAIN)

Here I am, one month later, same issue happened after I unplugged the laptop power cord took it 10 feet over to the kitchen to watch a video, shut it down to wiped off the keyboard/screen, took it back over to my living room chair, plugged in the power cord and booted up to NO WIFI device AGAIN.


Went through the whole "uninstall with remove drivers check mark" process, shut down and unplug power cord, power back on and install the latest INTEL drivers procedure (had to remove the group policy restrictions to get drivers to install). For now it's working again, but I am afraid to unplug this thing and power it down.


I am getting really SICK of this. Every time I open a ticket up to MSI all they tell me to do is WIPE my whole system and do a clean install. That is not a solution to this.

 

Here is the Device Log Entries for the day the issue happened. Notice how I install the latest Intel 22.40.0.7 driver, then it seems to get overridden by version 22.0.0.6, which is what is listed currently. So I cannot get 22.40.0.7 to stick. See last few dated entries:

If the problem still persists after trying all the steps provided in the previous thread the problem could be related to a hardware issue. In that case, our recommendation is to check this further with the laptop manufacturer (OEM) for additional assistance and debugging from their side; and also, to review if a reset of the wireless card or a physical inspection is needed since the methods that they have utilized are not working to prevent the issue of happening.
