Last Friday I updated Windows 11 on my laptop with the KB5017328 update and once this was finished, it also installed me new drivers for wifi and bluetooth. The problem is that since then both of them no longer work (error 43 or 10), to fix it I have already tried to:
- uninstall the drivers and put the old ones back
- uninstall the update
- use the Windows troubleshooter
- disable the network card
- uninstall the card
- do a dns flush
- update bios and firmware
-do a clean format of windows 11 and reinstall everything i had before
- do a clean format and install windows 10
- use intel driver & support Assistant
-install the drivers I found on msi
I also checked that it is not a hardware problem by installing ubuntu (and no, the problem is not hardware).
What else can I try?

Hello Spider-Matt,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Wireless-AC 9560.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
2. Is the Bluetooth working?
3. What is the brand and model name of your laptop?
4. Have you reported this issue with the laptop manufacturer, since this issue occurs with both drivers?
Regards,

Hello Spider-Matt,
Thanks for the information provided. Based on your issue and the steps that you performed, what you can do is the following:
1. Try a clean installation of the MSI drivers:
2. As a test, try a clean install of the Intel drivers:
- Steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless.html
- Wi-Fi: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html
- Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html
If the previous steps did not work, my last recommendation would be to check with Microsoft for information or steps about the error codes and MSI since they may need to run some tests on their device to make sure that there are no hardware or software damages on the unit.
Regards,
Deivid A.
