I bought this card to replace the Mediatek in my Acer Aspire 315-44P. After about ten days, the card stopped working and was no longer detected by either Windows or Ubuntu. The store replaced the card, and everything was fine, but only for a few days. After that, it also stopped working and is no longer detected by Windows or Ubuntu. Obviously, the Mediatek still works.
Is it possible that I was so unlucky to find two defective cards, or is it the PC's fault?

Where did you purchase this card and did you check to ensure that it was a genuine Intel AX200 card that you were purchasing? There are a *lot* of knockoffs for sale on sites like Amazon. They even go as far as using the Intel pictures in the card advertisements. While it's true that they utilize the Intel AX200 silicon, the card around it is, in general, of much poorer quality.

I bought it from an online store in Italy. It's hard to tell which one is original. Do you know of any reliable online stores?

...While it’s quite rare to encounter two defective AX200 cards in a row, it’s still worth considering the possibility of a compatibility or power-related issue with your Acer Aspire 3 15-44P’s M.2 slot or BIOS configuration. Some laptop BIOS configurations or power management settings can interfere with certain third-party wireless modules. There are quite a few third-party or knockoff versions sold online, especially on platforms like Amazon, as mentioned by @n_scott_pearson
that use real Intel chips but cheap out on the rest of the board. They look official in the pics, but the quality control isn’t great, and that can lead to problems like the one you’re having
