Just for extra info: I just removed the old WiFi adapter and changed it to the new WiFi card then installed the necessary drivers for AX210.

Hello DaGreatMJ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. Since you mentioned that you performed self integration of Wi-Fi 6E AX210 to your device, please check our Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade here on this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/wireless.html.
To better check the issue you are experiencing with Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX210 performance issue, please provide the following details:
- What is your exact laptop/desktop model and manufacturer?
- What operating system and version are you running?
- What driver version did you install for the AX210?
- Does your old, Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 still visible under Device Manager > Network adapters?
- Does this happen only on 2.4GHz or 5GHz, or are you seeing this issue on both frequency bands?
- Have you tried connecting to a mobile hotspot to isolate the issue?
To fix this problem, please do a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers by following the steps here on this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless.html. - @DaGreatMJ Check the Windows Power Plan for the wireless adapter :
Control Panel → Power Options → Change plan settings → Advanced
Wireless Adapter Settings → Power Saving Mode
Use Maximum Performance for both 'On battery' and 'Plugged in'
