Hi I'm Erkam, I wish you all have a good day. I bought a new motherboard and AX211 Wi-Fi was pre-installed on it. When it on load signal drops and getting slow speed. I formatted my Windows for clean install. But the problem still persists. I put SSU and ScreenShots in the attachments below. I'd like you to look at the signal icon on the clock.
All my respects.

Hello @erkamacar
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
Please download the latest driver from the OEM.
Then, perform a clean installation:
a. Go to Device Manager.
b. Expand the Network Adapters category.
c. Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.
d. Make sure to the option to Delete the driver software for this device is selected.
e. Repeat steps A through D until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is greyed out.
f. Locate the driver you downloaded. Right-click the file you downloaded and select the option to Run as administrator.
If the issue persists, please repeat the process using the Intel’s latest version: 22.250.1.2.
Best regards,
Jose B.

I did what you said but before I installed the latest version 22.250 with Intel Driver Support. Now, it gives me an error that the latest version is already installed. There is version 22.240 on Intel's support page. It won't let me install the driver with the .exe file.

Hello erkamacar
Thank you for your reply.
Did you follow the Clean Installation process when installing 22.250.1.2?
Have you tried connecting to another network to see if it makes a difference?
Please provide us with another Intel SSU report.
Best regards,
Jose B.

Hello Jose.
Thank you for taking care of me.
Yes, I kept uninstalling the old driver and software until it was grayed out and I installed 22.250.1.2. I connected it to my iPhone via hotspot and downloaded. I got a full signal. There was no fluctuation in the signal. I think it's because the phone is very close, but the problem here is that when I'm connected to the modem and not downloading, the signal is 4/5, and when I download, it's dropping to 1/5 signal. As I said, just because of this, I have ping and speed problems while playing games.
Best regards,
Erkam A.
A regular Intel Customer.

Hello erkamacar
Thank you for the information.
Can you try installing the driver version 22.230.0?
Also, is it possible to move the router/modem? We would like to discard any signal loss due to the space or walls.
Best regards,
Jose B.

It's still the same. I can't move the modem because I'm using a mesh system.

Hello erkamacar
Thanks for waiting.
We review the information, we determined that the wireless adapter and driver are working as expected since the connection was successful with no errors nor signal loss using another Access Point, that means that the issue could be a misconfiguration from the modem.
Please contact the manufacturer to make sure the antennas are properly connected and located. Also, you can check the channels, spectrum, etc.
Keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jose B.

For 2 days I've been fiddling with the modem settings and nothing seems to be wrong. Because it is ridiculous to say that there is a problem with the modem when there is no such problem on my laptop from 2017. I am leaving a video below, please watch it. No other device other than the computer is using my internet. My internet speed is 24Mbit and fluctuates. When I do the same work on the laptop, there is no fluctuation. Please do not be sloppy.
