Alder Lake-P PCH CNVi WiFi does not register driver after update to realtime kernel.

I am working on an ubuntu machine running 22.04.3 LTS.
The machine is a Dell Precision 5770 Workstation (laptop)
I installed the realtime kernel using
sudo pro enable realtime-kernel
It currently has 5.15.0-1053-realtime as the main kernel.

The wifi module no longer shows up on the menus, but still shows up on the lshw.

sudo lshw -C Network response is:

*-network
description: Network controller
product: Alder Lake-P PCH CNVi WiFi
vendor: Intel Corporation
physical id: 14.3
bus info: pci@0000:00:14.3
version: 01
width: 64 bits
clock: 33MHz
capabilities: pm msi pciexpress msix bus_master cap_list
configuration: driver=iwlwifi latency=0
resources: iomemory:640-63f irq:16 memory:6491244000-6491247fff

I believe the driver is not connecting to the hardware properly, although it clearly shows the iwlwifi present. Please help me re-enable my wifi adapter. I've scoured the internet including this form and the responses from This similar post but I've not been able to find the way to fix it. If anyone has ANY help for me I would greatly appreciate it.
