Ax210 can’t work in 5GHz mode for AP(Ubuntu20.04)

It should have something to do with Regulatory Domain,  and  we try to bypass it with the command “iw reg set US”, but failed. 

Would you like to help me how to bypass it?

  2. We installed an adapter(ax210) on the machine.
  3.  Desktop computer
  4.  Set it to AP mode, so don't need router.
  5. Works well in the Windows.

I would like to let you know that the no-IR flag is set to meet the regulatory compliance and disable the soft AP mode on 5GHz channels in certain countries. For details, refer to the article Linux Wireless - Regulatory rules.

I recommend you try to enable the AP mode on channels without the no-IR or Passive-scan flags in the county.
