Hi, Erik343.
Thank you for posting in our Community.
For the Intel BE 200, the black and gray antenna cables should be connected to the MAIN and AUX connectors. Intel BE 200 usually has an Indicator on it. I'd like to know if you tried contacting Lenovo about this matter. In your Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G7 laptop, typically the black cable connects to MAIN and the gray cable connects to AUX. This configuration ensures optimal reception and performance for your wireless connectivity. If your antennas are not identical, this standard connection should still apply unless otherwise specified by the laptop's manual or specific hardware configuration
I would like to share with you this article about wireless integration: Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade
Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.
