Intel Corporation - Extension - 31.0.101.5445 installed via Windows Update brought Wi-Fi 7 BE200 320MHz version 23.140.0.3 which broken the adapter.
## Affected Hardware
- Adapter: Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200
- Hardware ID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7A70&SUBSYS_00008086
- Faulty Driver: 23.140.0.3 (released May 2025)
## Symptoms
- Driver install causes complete adapter disappearance from system
- Device Manager shows "Network Controller" with Code 28 error
- Only solution is reverting to previous 23.10.0.8 via manual driver selection
## Reproduction Steps
1. Clean install Windows 11 23H2
2. Install driver 23.140.0.3
3. Observe adapter failure

- What is the brand and model of your system?
- How did you update the driver?
- Can you share screenshots of the error in the device manager?
- Did you manually install/upgrade the BE200 to your system or is it embedded in your system?
