I have this wireless card in my laptop together with an Ultra9 275HX but I don't have the option to use LE audio despite Intel saying that this card supports LE audio.
The laptop is a Lenovo and they say that Intel hasn't released LE audio drivers for this card yet which doesn't seem to be the case as it's mentioned in the product support page for the BE200 on Intel's website: https://cdrdv2-public.intel.com/761674/761674_Intel_Wi-Fi_7_BE200_GalePeak2_Product_Brief_Rev1p1.pdf
"and support for Bluetooth® LE audio. Combined with Intel® Core™ processors."
I'm on Windows 11 build 26100 but still no LE audio option in Windows. There should be an additional toggle under Bluetooth devices that said "Use LE audio when available" but it is not there. Microsoft also say it's an Intel issue as they have support for LE audio in Windows 11 now when paired with supported hardware.
So, can someone tell me what the exact hardware requirements are for LE audio with this BE200 card?

Hello Rilot,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further investigate this issue, please help provide the following details:
- What is the complete model of your Lenovo laptop?
- Did you manually upgrade the Wireless controller or the BE200 is embedded on your laptop?
- What is the device that you are trying to connect?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Lenovo Legion 7i Pro Gen 10
BE200 is the standard WiFi card in the machine
LE audio devices are the things I am trying to connect. I can connect things using normal Bluetooth but the option to use LE audio is not available in Windows. From research, this option only shows up when the WiFi card advertises that it is capable of LE audio.

Hello Rilot,
Thank you for the update.
Regarding your inquiry, it is best contact Microsoft for further assistance and let me also add that Intel® Wireless and Bluetooth® Adapters support a wide range of codecs, but the operating system (OS) utilizes these codecs natively with respective peripherals, not the adapter itself. Therefore, if there are concerns or further inquiries about "codec support," we recommend reaching out to Microsoft Technical Support.
Additionally, for questions about Bluetooth LE support, you can review our Bluetooth® Profiles supported by Intel® Wireless Adapters and the Intel® Bluetooth® LE Audio Infographic.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

That is not the case with LE audio. The DSP that does the LC3 codec is implemented in hardware. The operating system does not have a software codec for LC3. This is why I am asking what the hardware requirements are because the operating system only supports what the hardware advertises that it can do.
For example, I have a laptop here (MSI Summit E13) that has a AX1675 in it and does support LE audio and LC3. The Lenovo with the same drivers but BE200 does not and so there must be a hardware difference that causes the BE200 to not advertise that it is capable of LE audio.
Please can someone who understands LE audio look at this and get back to me? This is very important to me as a hearing aid user.
