BE200 connect to 802.11ax only from Intel driver 23.50

Hi,

I installed a BE200 adapter in my desktop, and it can be connected to 802.11be when the Intel driver version is under 23.50, but once I updated to 23.50 and above version, BE200 can only connect to 802.11ax.

And I never able to connect to MLO no matter the driver version, any help is appreciated!

My OS: win11 24H2 with preview release version 26100.1301

Intel BE200 driver: 23.60.1.2

Hi Davidd1,

Apologies for the delay in my response.

Thank you for the SSU logs and upon reviewing, I cannot find your wireless card BE200 in the logs. Also, I would suggest the newest version of your wireless card (23.70.2).

Here's the link for reference:

I recommend clean install of the wireless driver.

Hi,

I found that the 11be is disabled by default since 23.40 from this release note, would you please help to let me know how to enable 11be in BIOS?

Hi Davidd1,

We would like to clarify if you changed your wireless card because we need to further investigate this matter. Upon looking to your motherboard specifications, it only supports Wi-Fi 6.

the orignal wifi adapter is wifi 6, I added 1 PCIE wifi 7 network adapter, and I found once the driver update above 23.40 then I can only connect to ax protocol since I am in China region.

Hi Davidd1,

Based on the release notes for the WIFI driver version: 23.70.2, the driver comes with the Wi-Fi 7 Regulatory updates for China and South Korea.

With this in mind, there may be a compatibility issue after self-integrating the Intel wireless Wi-Fi 7 BE200 card on this system. Please do note that the compatibility and limitation are dependent on how the system was designed.

We suggest contacting your system manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer to check the compatibility of the self-integration of the wireless card.

Best regards,
