Hi Developers,
I am using BE200 on ubuntu 24.04 OS to test roaming between two APs, and it took too long to roam from one AP to another, so I captured the wireless packet during the roaming, the interesting part is BE200 does support 11k and 11v as you can see, but I didn't see the Neighbor Report frames except Radio Measurement frames for 11k, and one more thing is BE200 always responded "Refused" in Radio Measurement Report frame, which doesn't make any sense.
11K and 11V both are enabled on APs, and I tested other Station, they don't have such issue, so I think it might be related to the driver, could you please help to check this and get back to me? Thank you~~~

Hello Zack1991,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
For me to assist you effectively, please share the information below.
1. Were you able to have wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?
2. Is this a laptop or desktop system?
3. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
4. Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?
5. What firmware version are you using?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi Jed,
1. Wireless connection is always normal.
2. Neither of all, it's a N100 hardware.
3. It's the original adapter that came pre-installed from OS.
4. I am using be200 to test roaming, so I would say the issue is happening at office environment.
5. Firmware version: iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-86.ucode
Best Regards
Zack

Hi Jed,
I have responded your email several times, and based on the emails that we have communicated back and forth, I am sure my emails all sent out, you can't just pretend that you didn't receive my emails so that you can close this case and do nothing about it. So is this how intel do the support work? If Intel can't fix the issue, just be honest with us!
BR.
