Hi

Me and many other Users with similar specs still have this Bluetooth Laging-Problems

My System:

SCHENKER VISION 15 (SVS15E21)
BIOS-Version/-Datum:
Intel Corp. BCTGL357.0064.2021.0518.1820, 18.05.2021
SMBIOS-Version: 3.3
Version des eingebetteten Controllers: 0.32
BaseBoard-Produkt: LAPBC710
BaseBoard-Version: M13919-503
Prozessor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7
Wireless: WiFi 6 AX201 (newest driver version 22.50.1.1)
Bluetooth newest driver (22.50.0.4)

Still have this annoying problems with bluetooth-Lags (BT-Mouse and BT-Keyboard).

There is a registry-hack to avoid this problems, but that cannot be a solution: https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/Intel-i7-Gen-11-Bluetooth-issues/m-p/1261568#M34484

When playing music to my bluetooth-Speaker the problems are almost gone.

Why is Intel not solving this problem? Or at least give some information what's going on.

Working with Intel's latest technology feels like working in the Stone Age.

Hi @Ronny_G_Intel

My Intel Reference Design Model LAPBC710 has KB5005611 installed. In the list of bug fixes from this update there is no entry about Bluetooth or USB problems!

See KB5005611

I have Windows 10 Pro OS build: 19044.1415 Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044.

Your Intel Driver Assistant reports that the BIOS and all drivers are up to date.

Update KB5005611 was able to reduce the problem, but not solve it.

The fact is: All of my Bluetooth mice work smoothly and reliably on my other notebooks.

On my new model LAPBC710, I can only achieve this if I use the registry hack or play music on the Bluetooth speakers.

Do you think that's okay? Is this supposed to be Intel's claim for quality?

If I had known that these problems would occur with an absolutely elementary function, I would not have spent 2000 US dollars on Intel technology.

Why does Intel refuse to precisely identify the problem?

The notebook also does not work with the Kensington TB4 Dock SD5700T which has the Intel EVO logo and is USB4 compliant. The standby function cannot be used!

Everything is related to faulty energy functions in your Tiger Lake series.

It would be decent and time to resolve these issues.

Regards
Chris
