Bluetooth connections

My question appears to be too simple for Intel to answer. I have a Doss speaker. I have not been able to play Spotify on the speaker. I don't know if it has Bluetooth or how to find out if it does or does not.

How can I find out? How can I play Spotify on that speaker?
