Hi,
I recently purchased a new PC where Bluetooth doesn't work. The PC doesn't discover other Bluetooth-enabled devices and it is not discovered on my phone and laptop. The PC came preinstalled with Windows 10 Pro. I tried a few ways to fix this:
1. Updating the Bluetooth driver to the latest available. (The preinstalled driver was 22.30.X.X)
2. Restarting the Bluetooth service.
I also updated the Wireless Driver in this process. Wireless works fine.
But Bluetooth still doesn't work.
Device and driver specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS ELITE AX with Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201
Intel Wireless Bluetooth Firmware Version: 3713102300ce1e1500
Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver Version: 22.70.2.1
Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz Driver Version: 22.70.0.6
Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 OS Build 19043.1237
Can somebody please assist me in solving this issue?
Thanks
Aniruddha

Your new PC could be defective. Send it back to gigabyte.
