Hi, T_Matsuura.
Thank you for posting in our Community for providing the reproduction steps, and details about the issue.
We appreciate the additional information you provided, including the OS version and the fact that the issue doesn't occur with driver version 23.30.0.3. While having information about your Windows operating system and wireless driver version is helpful, it would be beneficial to have more details about your system configuration. Could you please run the Intel SSU report and share the results with me? This will enable me to verify details such as the OS build, driver version, system-level errors logged, and more. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Connection between Windows PC and sound device is successful.
Sound is available for about first 3 seconds after the connection and then not available.
The connection is kept even if the sound is stopped.
Today I have tested again and found that the sound is restored after a short stop (about 1 sec).
This is the different result from before.
This suggests that the Bluetooth driver is fine and that the initial sound driver selection failed and the driver is being changed.

I have the same issue. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Ultra with Intel Core Ultra 9 185H with Windows 11 24H2. The Wireless Bluetooth driver is 23.120.0.4. My hearing aids (Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio) are connected to the laptop and show as headset. I recognize, that sound should be played, since the hearing aids switch to another mode then. But I don't hear anything. They use Bluetooth 5.3, but BT LE-Audio is currently not available, so that classic Bluetooth is used instead. I read about downgrading to 23.60.0 or lower. The least I could downgrade to, was 23.60.0.1. There the hearing aids worked once and the next time again failed to play any sound.
My Galaxy Buds2 Pro use BT LE-Audio and work fine.
On my notebook at work (HP EliteBook 850 G8 with an older Intel Core i5) the Wireless Bluetooth driver 23.30.0.3 is installed. Everything works fine there. So since both notebooks run Windows 24H2 it seems to be the Intel drivers, that cause the problem.
The SSU log is attached.
