When I went to update my laptop's drivers, the Bluetooth driver in version 23.10.0.2 no longer connects to any device, I have tested it with several devices and none connected to the laptop, always showing the message that it is not possible to connect. Windows 11 PC 2023

23.10.0 is not the latest version of the Bluetooth/Wireless drivers. Please download and install the 23.20.0 versions and test again.

I can't find the latest version anywhere, even in the driver support. It shows me that the latest is 23.10.0

You are correct. The latest BT Driver version is 23.10.0. However, is you are using WiFi Adapter AC 8260 or AC 8265, the latest driver is version 20.200.0.2

But if you have an older card, please refer to this thread and look for help in @n_scott_pearson  archive.

So, if you are looking for correct driver, you need to know what is the model of the WiFi card in your laptop.

I have looked into my WiFi properties and it shows my WiFi is Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9462 and it has the latest driver: 23.20.0.4

however the bluetooth continues at the driver 23.10.0

Yes, you are right. The BT Driver 23.10.0 is the latest driver for AC 9462.

I suggest that you try clean installation of this driver:

1. Disconnect the Internet connection from your NUC.

2. Uninstall the BT Driver. You may do this from Device Manager (Intel Wireless Bluetooth in Bluetooth category) or from Windows Setting Apps > Installed apps.

3. Reboot your NUC and check in Device Manager that there is no Bluetooth  any more.

5. Install the latest BT driver version 23.10.0

6. Enable Bluetooth and check the BT connection.

I just tried it twice, but it did not work still. Maybe this problem is in the hardware and not in the driver itself.
