Bluthoot Drivers

Hello!

Please help me my laptop has no bluthoot option and when I try to install bluethoot Drivers they 

say that " this software package cannot intalled on your system. Please give me a solution.

You have to have a present and working Intel Wireless adapter in order to successfully install these drivers.

Share the hardware device id of Bluetooth.

Here my Bluetooth 

USB\VID_8087&PID_0033&REV_0000
USB\VID_8087&PID_0033

 

I installed the latest driver 23.80.0.3
