Con que tarjeta puedo sustituir está tarjeta Intel Centrino Wireless N-1000 o actualizar por otro modelo de más alcance y velocidad

You can use any card that meets the specifications of the PCIe Mini Half Card (a.k.a. M.1) connector.

That I can't help you with. If HP used Inclusion/Exclusion List(s) in their BIOS, you may have a problem.
