Can't connect bluetooth after update driver bluetooth

Hello,

After checking for updates in device manager i updated the bluetooth driver as recommended and after updating i found that my 2 drivers including mouse and keyboard were lost and i also can't connect to bluetooth anymore even though i can find it. please help me.

2. Can you check if there is an error code in the device manager for the wireless controller?
3. What is the brand and model of the laptop?
