Im unable to connect my windows 10 to wifi due to not having a driver. The only way to download the driver is on my phone but when doing so it saves for my phone not my laptop. Please help me.

Hello SamandRob143,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I understand that you are experiencing some connectivity issues with your Windows 10* machine.
I would appreciate if you could provide the following information:
- Do you see any error code in device manager? Please check under “Network Adapters”
- What is the model of your wireless adapter?
- For how long you’ve been experiencing this behavior?
- Were any changes made prior to this situation?
- Please provide your computer model.
- Have you tried connecting via ethernet?
