Hello weewee,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please share the following information below, so I can check the possible cause of the issue:

1) What is the current Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 driver version installed?

2) Is the wireless adapter pre-installed on your system?

3) Provide your system make and model, or you may share your system configuration so I we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt)

4) Can you access your router's settings and check if it is configured to broadcast on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?

5) Please share your router product specifications so I can further check.

I will wait for your reply.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

Hi Jeanette,

Please let me know if I missing something because I'm not really good in computer info.

I'm using spectrum wifi 6e router, the setting doesn't show which but there was an option to enable 2.4ghz, I did try that too.

Btw I'm also using google nest wifi ac2200, it work with the nest but not directly from spectrum router.

Thank you so much
