Hi, my lenovo 100e 2nd gen recently lost the ability to see wireless networks, a code 10 error on the ac 9560 160mhz adapter. When I uninstall this file and restart the laptop I will regain the ability to connect to networks for a few minutes, before it then cuts my connection and flags a code 10 again. Any help would be really appreciated

Hi Doug27,
Thank you for posting and for the clear description of what you are experiencing. I can see how disruptive this must be, especially when the connection only holds for a few minutes before dropping again, and I am happy to help work through this with you.
Before we proceed with the troubleshooting steps, I have a few questions to help me better understand the issue:
- What is the exact version of Windows you are currently running? For example, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and the specific build number.
- Did this issue start after a specific Windows update, driver update, or any other system change?
- Can you confirm the exact model of your Lenovo 100e 2nd Gen? For example, is it Type 81M8 or Type 82GJ? You can find this on the sticker on the bottom of your laptop.
- What is the current driver version installed for the Intel Wireless-AC 9560? You can find this in Device Manager > Network Adapters > Intel Wireless-AC 9560 > Properties > Driver tab.
- Did the issue start suddenly or gradually over time?
- Are there any other devices in Device Manager showing errors aside from the Intel Wireless-AC 9560?
Please share the above information and I will be happy to guide you through the next steps.
Best Regards,
